Our relationships with our Ancestors/Egúngún continue to grow even though they are not physically here. We know this in our hearts. They are a source of blessings, support, and guidance. It is also true that ancestral lineages hold intergenerational trauma, dysfunction and pain. We will help you to access this relationship while supporting the transformation of the cycles you wish to end and nourish those you wish to strengthen. With care and compassion we will guide you in your practice to navigate the complexities of who you are and where you come from so that you can truly be your full, whole self, here and now.
