Enroue will utilize them as needed to help you: reduce symptoms of anxiety, increase self awareness, manage strong emotions, access depths of your inner world, reduce symptoms of trauma, increase resilience, increase capacity to control negative habits,  improve concentration, increase compassion, and help you to think clearer to make better decisions.  They can also be used to wake up to the reality of the present and better connect with your life.  He has successfully used these techniques as a part of his own personal practice for over 20 years as well as in a professional capacity with adolescents and adults in individual, family and group settings for over 9 years.
